Meet our Chef

Paul Tyas has worked around the globe, learning from the best chefs on the planet. Paul took his first step into the culinary world at the age of 13, where he became addicted to the fast pace of the kitchen and realised where his future lay.

Among working in some of Melbourne’s most renowned restaurants including The Point Albert Park, Paul has also followed his love of food to positions in both England and France.

Paul’s mission at Culinary Carton has been to help people experiment with new menu items within the home, while balancing the time constraints and access to recipes that people face in this busy world!
